He called us and said, I have just the right Honda Civic and price for your daughter. We seen the car and absolutely loved it! We asked Jose if he could deliver it to our home to surprise her and he did. Within 4 months later we were so happy with Jose, we decided to get a used car for ourselves, contact Jose told him what we are looking for and price range. He showed us a few cars to checkout, and we were able to make our decision and purchase our 2006 CRV to fit all our needs. We told Jose what we were looking for and he and gave us a few cars around our price range and mileage requirements. We felt he was really in tune with what we were looking for, each car seemed to fit our needs and all we had to do was pick the one we wanted. We made the decision and Jose delivered it to our door so we could surprise our daughter with it, and she absolutely LOVES it! Not a happy experience I went for my regular change oil last Monday July 25 and a service representative by the name of Jeff handled my service request. I asked him if they I went for my regular change oil last Monday July 25 and a service representative by the name of Jeff handled my service request. I asked him if they can also check on the rattling noise on the engine when you step on the gas pedal. He told me that I have to come back on Thursday coz they are busy. So they set me up for an appointment for thursday July 31. When I came to see Jeff again he told me that there is a check-up fee of $110 which they did not tell me when they schedule me for that appointment. I asked him, just for hearing the rattling sound, you have to charge me that much. His answer was "why do you think everything is for free" I was so appaled and so sad to hear his remark. This is the first time that I heard something like this from your service advisor since we bought our first car in 2007. When I asked him if I can talk to Matt whom I knew when he was still a service adviser and was very helpful to me, Jeff told me he is busy but I told him I can wait. Jeff was the one who talk to Matt and Matt agreed to listen for the noise as long as it will not take too much time for the mechanic. My suggestion is that you must choose very well your service advisor to treat people courteously and not to ridicule them by saying "WHY DO YOU THINK EVERYTHING IS FREE" is really not a nice thing to hear from a service advisor specially when they have a problem on their car More

We told our salesperson we agreed on a price, we'll buy the car right now if you can show us the car that we wanted. He said it was in stock and he will pull it out of storage, 45 minutes later he never came back. No one came and told us whether or not he was coming back so we just got up and left. Not sure if he went to puente hills to pick our car out of storage but we went down the street to Acura of Glendale and bought a car and drove off the lot in about the same time we waited around for our CRV to be pulled out of storage. More

BEWARE I am the kind of person who doesn't like BEWARE I am the kind of person who doesn't like loans and I have horrible credit. We told the dealer that we had been saving and shopping for this BEWARE I am the kind of person who doesn't like loans and I have horrible credit. We told the dealer that we had been saving and shopping for this specific car for months we said several times that we didn’t want them to run our credit, or even try to get us a loan, that we wanted to pay in cash. (We saved a long time) Buyers need to BEWARE of this dealership, because they will try to sneak personal data about your identity to input into a credit application without your knowledge. They were filling out a credit app for me, when they were trying to tell me it was their “database.” I think it is funny that their database says “credit application” on the top of it. HUM? I was suspicious when they started asking me where I work, and what my SS# was.. For what? I’m paying you cash; let me see that computer screen… Credit App. RUDE! They were wading deep in lies because then they tried to tell me that they “NEEDED” my social security number to because of 911, to buy a car. Something about “what if you buy a car from us and blow up a building.” These guys were nice, but said stupid things. Don’t trust Diamond Honda of Glendale, shady employees. DON’T GIVE YOUR SS# TO THESE SNEAKY SALES GUYS. I will tell you that I bought a car today in Orange Co. at OC Nissan, Irvine and they didn’t ask for my Social Security Number. They want to run you credit application without you knowing to talk you into buying a car that is out of your budget on credit. VERY UN-ETHICAL! Honda’s are great cars and I would have purchased a Civic this night in cash if they would have come to a reasonable price without the hupla of trying to steal my identity info to use to sell me stuff I don’t want. Each time I went in, the service representatives (not Matt) into Diamond Honda 3 times for an annoying sound I heard on my brand new 2013 Honda CR-V. Each time I went in, the service representatives (not Matt), said they fixed the problem, but in reality, did not. The 4th time I went back, I got connected with Matt, who knew right away what the problem was. He got the car fixed and now the sound is gone! Thanks Matt for stepping in and helping us out with what was a very frustrating situation. More
