Aaron Walter’s is a GEM and made the car shopping - mayarhodes

Aaron Walter’s is a GEM and made the car shopping experience painless and quick. He followed up with me every day and was very transparent about pricing, car details, all of it. Not too “salesy” or pushy. He was very down to earth and I could tell he had the best intentions at heart. Literally will always buy my future cars at Scott Robinson and hopefully from Aaron.

I just bought a new Honda Prologue and traded in my - tabaddor

I just bought a new Honda Prologue and traded in my beloved Honda Type R—finally stepping into the electric world. Armon and Amir were amazing throughout the entire process. They were welcoming, professional, and made everything super easy. The transition from my trade-in to the new car was seamless. Even on a busy day, they got me in and out quickly and made sure I got a great deal. The car is exactly what I was looking for—inside and out. I absolutely love it. Huge thanks to Armon and Amir for making this such a smooth and positive experience!

We purchased a certified used car yesterday at Honda - johnshanahan5858

We purchased a certified used car yesterday at Honda Santa Monica for our 22 year old son. Our sales rep was a woman named Emily. Emily went above and beyond, to make sure our shopping experience was as seemless and stressless as possible. Her low key demeanor, fastidious attention to our needs, and willingness to work with us on pricing was extremely appreciated. We recommend Honda Santa Monica, and specifically Emily, without hesitation. Meg & John

I had a wonderful experience working with Mark at Diamond - rx.patel66

I had a wonderful experience working with Mark at Diamond Honda. He was very friendly, patient, and professional throughout the entire car-buying process. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I understood everything without making me feel pressured. Mark was especially helpful while I was comparing prices and looking for the best deal on my Honda CR-V Hybrid. He was honest, respectful, and genuinely wanted to help me find the right car at a good price. The whole experience was smooth and comfortable, and I really appreciate Mark’s excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend Mark to anyone looking to buy a Honda. Thank you, Mark, for making the process so easy and stress-free!

Highly recommend this dealership. - Ernest Dominguez

Highly recommend this dealership. Negotiated the price and closed the deal for a 2026 HRV EXL on internet with Steve Dababneh. He was both transparent and upfront. When we went to the dealership a couple of days later, the vehicle had already sold. He went ahead and honored the same discount (7% under msrp) for a 2027 HRV EXL. The vehicle had some add-ons that I hadn’t agreed to on previous vehicle, so they were included free of charge. I’ve purchased many vehicles and dealt with many dealerships in the past and have rarely found one the the amount of integrity as Norm Reeves West Covina.

My experience purchasing a Honda at this dealership was... - kimmariehas

My experience purchasing a Honda at this dealership was exceptional. My first contact with Estaban was positive, we told him what we needed. He was informed. We showed him the lower price listed on line and he directed us to the manager Bilal. He said he would match the price. He went on to give us discounts on the service and support contract. He helped us set up insurance at a cheaper arte, helped us get our rental picked up and gave us the same intereest as one we had established with USAA....I cannot think of one negative issue....TOTAL happiness and support.

This was by far the easiest and absolute best car buying... - theschnooks

This was by far the easiest and absolute best car buying experience I've ever had. I usually dread visiting car lots and being chased around by dealers, or even worse being ignored because I'm not dressed sharp enough! (I'm talking about you cerritos nissan!) Well this was much different, we got to browse the cars on our own and when we were ready, we were warmly greeted by Frank, our salesman. He pointed out all the great features on the Civic we were considering and then we took it on a test drive. He never tried to talk us into a more expensive model, or adding a bunch of extras, he just let us get the model we wanted and gave us a great price we couldn't refuse. When it came to the paper work, it was smooth sailing and their financing even beat our credit unions interest rate. We were then sent to Art who patiently explained our contracts and additional warranty coverage, and got to watch us sign all of our official documents. He never made us feel like big idiots if we didn't consider additional coverage. (I'm talking to you again cerritos nissan!) We were also congratulated many times by various sales people, including Richard the sales manager. This is a dealership who knows the Honda name sales itself and won't try to pressure you in any way. Therefore I highly recommend Community Honda of Whittier! You rock!!!
