My service advisor- Willie was very warm. He listened to me as I explained my issues with the car pulling right (still does), and we both went out to the car to look at the rear camber. He acknowledged my i me as I explained my issues with the car pulling right (still does), and we both went out to the car to look at the rear camber. He acknowledged my issue and said, “Yes, something is definitely wrong here. We’ll have our techs look at it.” The tech actually had the same car as I do (8th gen Civic Si). They discovered a broken polyurethane bushing on my Skunk2 rear camber arm. So, I have to source new parts and bring it back. But it’s better than having another car payment. Anyways, Willie reaches out and shook my hand so warmly I can tell he has a good heart, and never do you wrong when it comes to service. More
