Honest and Friendly Service Posting this a little late. Early January 2020 I start my car up in the mornings and it is making a familiar noise (VTC). I'm all like "ah crap, not a Posting this a little late. Early January 2020 I start my car up in the mornings and it is making a familiar noise (VTC). I'm all like "ah crap, not again!" so I end up making an appointment with my dealership. I show up and am happily welcomed by Louis Weatherspoon. We talk over what I know could be wrong and off I go. A few hours later I get a call explaining its not the VTC, but rather the timing chain! (Out of pocket money!). Long story short, I approve the repairs after hearing the astronomical charge. (Car is 2013 CR-V 2WD; 58k miles, I'm the original owner). Service is completed a couple of days later (parts delay), and I all little noises are gone! Thanks to Louis and his tech for giving me a proper diagnostic, I was able to keep going before a catastrophic issue occurred and be stranded and with a permanently broken car. If you want honesty and to the point in service and courtesy, I recommend Louis Weatherspoon at New Century Honda. More

I appreciated the drop off to the Glendale galleria but I was told they don’t do pick up, so I walked about 6 blocks to the dealer to pay for the service and pick the car. Louis apologized profusely. I was told service would take 1 hr and that it wouldn't be necessary to set up a loaner vehicle because I had an appointment a couple hours later. It was a difficult process which involved me having to call corporate numbers and talk to a few different people in order to get a vehicle to make my appointment. It eventually happened, but shouldn’t have been that difficult. I was there because of your recall. It seemed the game for Honda was not to issue a loaner vehicle unless the customer pushed for it. It was not a smooth process. More
