If it wasn't for them I honestly don't think I would've come back especially when you are a woman you feel very intimidated dealing with cars. Anyway, everyone should learn from those 2 reps, period. Long wait but they're able to accommodate and service my car Satisfactory Service. My service advisor was Luis. He is nice, helpful and pleasant. Worst auto service I’ve ever seen I brought my car by appointment to replace the oil and fix the problem with the batteries on my Honda hybrid. Five hours later Christian called me and I brought my car by appointment to replace the oil and fix the problem with the batteries on my Honda hybrid. Five hours later Christian called me and said that the car was ready. When I arrived to pick up the car, he told me that they checked for errors and didn’t find any and my car is good, i.e. they did nothing but change the oil in 5 hours. And this is by appointment! By the way, this is the second time I am addressing them with this problem, my hybrid very often (almost every day) cannot use batteries because of their overheating. So what is the point of my hybrid if I drive only gasoline? And this center (where I bought the car) cannot fix it under warranty! I do not recommend this Honda service. More
