Disappointed We been here in many times for service on our cars and this last we were left disappointed. To start when we came to pick up the car Christian didn't We been here in many times for service on our cars and this last we were left disappointed. To start when we came to pick up the car Christian didn't review what was done or even if the car needed any repairs other then the maintanence. After receiving the car from it’s service we pulled out of the lot and turned the AC on and a loud noise came from the Inside of the car. We figure maybe when they checked the AC filter it was misplaced perhaps now causing the noise. We returned and Christian the service advisor came out defensive as if we were accusing them of doing something to our car. He immediately said “we didn’t touch that area” even before he had heard it. He proceeded to take out the filter and said “ your filter is dirty” he removed maybe 3-4 pieces of debri and he asked if we take the car to another repair shop, which we never have. Then he placed the filter back in and the sound was gone. He’s attitude was completely uncalled for. At no time did we ever accuse anyone of anything we just wanted to have someone check on it. Very disappointing experience. More

The recall notice in the mail estimated 45 min to replace the airbag, upon arrival the service center said it was about 2 hrs 45min. They called Lyft since the shuttle was a ways away, which was appreciated. However, when calling to check on my car to see if it would be ready at the time they said. I had to call a couple times because they said they would call back in a few minutes and it was more like 20 min. It was also frustrating to have to ask for a specific advisor and keep getting transferred and listen to options all over again. I then was told I would get a call about being picked up by their shuttle I would get a call in a few. I again had to call 20 min later. They said someone would be picking me up in 10-15 min. 20 min later I got a call it would be 5 more minutes. Overall, I picked up my car 1hr and 30 min after they projected. Very frustrating and too much of my time wasted since it was brought in due to their error/recall. I was then told all the recommendations for the mileage. Not what I was there for, especially when I have a trusted mechanic. Not returning there and makes me not want to buy a Honda More

After two previous attempts, my SiriusXM Radio no signal was fixed with a new antenna receiver. My car is back to running in tip top shape. More

Terrible customer service I had a very unpleasant experience with your service department. I have an appointment on 09/07/2019 but I left my car because according to the servic I had a very unpleasant experience with your service department. I have an appointment on 09/07/2019 but I left my car because according to the service advisor that there's a lot of cars waiting. I called last Monday 09/09/3019 and I was informed that my service advisor was sick and no service was done in my car. I called yesterday 09/10/2019 in the afternoon and was informed that my car is ready for pick-up and will need to pay 180.00 dollars. Due to the time of closing of your service department, I left my work early to be there in the by 545pm only to find out that nothing was done in my car because the part needed was not available. I was advised to come back in 3 weeks. Never will I come back to buy a car in your dealership or bring my car for service. A poor or negative rating is not even appropriate for the service I receive. More
