Very good service Was at the service around 1:30 for a/c problem. I was told that this takes a while to diagnose. I had to leave it overnight. I would've overlooked the slowness but he took it to another level by lying. When I pushed back, he (to his credit) finally apologized for the delay. That type of lying and revisionist history make work for most people, but it really didn't fly would with me. He should've been honest and apologized up front; if he had, I wouldn't have such a negative association with the dealership. I can understand unexpected delays but I cannot tolerate outright lying. More
