Low comprehension Needed extra keys made for my car, called and was told come in any time. Came in, was told they were too busy so needed to make an appointment for th Needed extra keys made for my car, called and was told come in any time. Came in, was told they were too busy so needed to make an appointment for the next day. Made appointment, came in the next day. I described exactly what I needed, and was told it would take two hours. When I returned two hours later they had only made one extra key, apparently misunderstanding what I had said. Another key would take another two hours. So I just took the key and left. Poor listening to customers. More

Great service I spoke with Haybert before coming in. I had recently gotten my brakes done here and a week or so after getting them fixed, all my engine lights came I spoke with Haybert before coming in. I had recently gotten my brakes done here and a week or so after getting them fixed, all my engine lights came on. I had brought it in and Haybert fixed it for me in less than 30 min and didn't charge me. The same thing happened to me over the weekend with my engine lights coming on. Obviously I was starting to get frustrated because none of these lights came on before I brought my car in for the brake service. I explained this to Haybert the day before and he said he would take a look at it but couldn't promise anything was wrong with the car. I brought it right when the shop opened at 7am because I had to leave by 8:30. My car was done by 8:20 and Haybert kindly explained everything they found and how they were able to fix the issue without charging me for the inspection or any repairs. Nothing was wrong with my car, the battery just had low voltage from a few days of no use. Haybert always has the best service and helps me out when I need it. I always bring it back to Glendale, even if it's a bit further out of the way, because I know I can trust them to be honest. More
