Bad Experience Car was in the shop about 3 days to repair AC and other issues costing about $2400. 3 days later AC stopped working, brought it back in the afternoon Car was in the shop about 3 days to repair AC and other issues costing about $2400. 3 days later AC stopped working, brought it back in the afternoon and was told they weren’t able to look at it that day. The next day was told I needed a new AC belt costing about $450. When I asked why that problem wasn’t known before I was told to ask the original advisor who wasn’t there that day. Also, when I brought back car the 2nd time and they drove it I could see one brake light wasn’t working. They gave me a checklist during 1st visit which included that all of the car’s lights were checked. Although possible, I doubt the brake light went out in 3 days. Employees are very nice but not the service. I’ve been going there for years but will not return. More

Service Usually I give five stars, but this visit left me a little annoyed. I dropped $200 for an oil change, rotate tires and brake fluid and when I left the Usually I give five stars, but this visit left me a little annoyed. I dropped $200 for an oil change, rotate tires and brake fluid and when I left the dealership my tire pressure warning light came on. Even when I re calibrated the tires and reset it, the light still came on. You would think that after rotating the tires the pressure would be checked. I just don’t expect to have any warning lights come on after spending $200. More

For this place of business they should be friendlier and avoid talking about overdoing it with Lyft rides in front of customers who benefited from this courtesy service like I had. Besides that, the most important is that I can trust my car will be taken care of and have a great customer service experience. More

On the spot, they removed the battery connection for my car to reset. More
