Excellent Service The service at Honda Century is excellent. It was so easy to setup an appointment and the service ( change oil and tire rotation) was quick. Louie the service advisor was very accommodating and very professional. He made sure that the service was handled with quality and speed. Unlike other dealer service ( even though you have an appointment) you will spend pretty half your day or worst the whole day. But not with Honda Century. It’s like I was always in priority line. terrible they had told me bumper to bumper warranty and when i took the car in not only did they not cover it they held the car for 8 hours to tell me it was n they had told me bumper to bumper warranty and when i took the car in not only did they not cover it they held the car for 8 hours to tell me it was not covered and charges me $130 RIDICULOUS DONT EVER GO THERE HIGHWAY ROBBERY. the guys name was Chris More
Great team, quick service, friendly people Showed up for an oil change and an estimate on some body work. Was greeted by a friendly kid who got me a service team member quickly. Christian Alas Showed up for an oil change and an estimate on some body work. Was greeted by a friendly kid who got me a service team member quickly. Christian Alas helped me out with the oil change in less than an hour and honored a coupon I had no questions asked. He also told me who to talk to in parts to get my doors fixed. Got a great quote from James in parts and then made an appointment for the next day. Came in the next day and was greeted quickly by another friendly kid -- Kevin --who got me a team member right away. Max helped me and honored the quote from James and Christian. Great guy. Got my doors fixed in under two hours. Got some work done in the relaxing waiting area while I waited. What could have been a stressful two days was totally stress free. Top notch experience. More
Good service, ok customer service I brought my car for a door latch issue. Haybert said they would look at it and that it should be covered by warranty (great!) The issue came about when he said my car was overdue for an engine hunk cleaning. He said I should have done it at the 45K mark. The issue is that I’m already at the 65K mark and have been bringing my car since I bought it at 35K miles for oil changes here and was never notified about the required service. When I asked him why nobody had said something sooner, and he had helped me before, he said “well I’m telling you now.” To avoid any confrontation I just went ahead and agreed to the service. The fact that they call a lyft for you is nice to get dropped off and picked up when the car’s ready. I go to pick up my car and the door works again. I walk rob Haybert to ask for my keys and he maybe spent a minute going over what service the mechanics did. I walk by myself to pay at the cashier for a bill of $270 which i expected. I had found a coupon online for $25 off a service of $150+. I thought it would be $25 off the $270, but Haybert said that that was the discounted price. The original price was supposedly $290. I ended up paying $265. I should have voiced my opinion, but I didn’t want to be a bother. More

Great service! I was out than less time than quoted. I wasn’t charged for repair because they were able to repair existing part.
