Excellent Work at Good Rate Been going here with my 2007 Honda CR-V to this service station since then when it was known as "Colonial Honda", and then "Diamond Honda", and now ne Been going here with my 2007 Honda CR-V to this service station since then when it was known as "Colonial Honda", and then "Diamond Honda", and now new location and owner "New Century Honda". BUT this time around I did not have the $500 for spark plugs and valve readjustments so I took it to my local mechanic -- who turned down the work saying these guys quoted right on the money..?!!! Good to know! Side street service entrance, tight drive. Kind, real, honest, hard working people here. Found my car cleaned afterward because service job was dirty!! Huge cozy chairs in waiting room with bathrooms, tea, water, coffee.. and a TV. Shuttle is ** only ** available weekdays. And don't forget your COUPON from their service station website. A+ More

didnt rotate tires, was charged for it, had to go back I had a slow leak in a tire from a nail. I went to Just Tires the morning before my service visit to Honda. We saw the nail in my front left tire. I had a slow leak in a tire from a nail. I went to Just Tires the morning before my service visit to Honda. We saw the nail in my front left tire. They couldn't take me until 11am so I had to leave to go to Honda to make my 9am appointment. Honda did my oil change and suggested other service items for my 30k miles visit. TIre Rotation was among the add-ons. Car was finished and I asked where my front right tire was moved to. A few technicians assured me it was moved to "the back left, they don't criss-cross the tires'. Pretty specific. I went back to Just Tires and the same tire, the front left, had the nail in it. I immediatedly called Honda, went back and got a refund. What else did they claim to do but skip? The OIL shows up as 100% on the dash but what about other items with no clear indicator? I will never go back and never recommend New Century Honda. More
