Good service First time at new location. Seems easier to get into the service center (the old place was hard to make a left turn from Glendale Ave especially when First time at new location. Seems easier to get into the service center (the old place was hard to make a left turn from Glendale Ave especially when cars were sticking out into sidewalk/street). The lounge is way better than the previous location. Louis is always professional, honest and helpful (saw him once before last year). Communication at this service center is excellent, way better than from years ago when the shuttle took 4 HOURS to pick me up from home because of a huge miscommunication, service center’s fault. Good job guys! More

Service or parts dept, did not call customer if parts ordered already a/v. I have to call them after a month only to know nothing was ordered.
