Recall notice This was my first visit to New Century Honda. I usually go to an independent mechanic but, for this recall notice, I needed to go to a Honda dealer. This was my first visit to New Century Honda. I usually go to an independent mechanic but, for this recall notice, I needed to go to a Honda dealer. While I waited, they have a functional and tidy customer area with deep lounge chairs if you want to relax, a couple of tables if you want to work, a TV, decent coffee, and clean restrooms. My customer service representative was Louis, who was pleasant, courteous and professional throughout. They topped off my car’s fluids as a courtesy and, when my car was ready to go, Louis gave me a few observations about the condition of my car and things to keep my eye on, but there was absolutely no pressure to have additional work done with them. A positive experience. More

Excellent customer care! They’re helpful and the waiting time is short in less than an hour with good coffee in the lounge. my Accord was repaired in a timely manner. Although I did not have a service appt, my car was taken and a realistic time frame for completion was given.
