Friendly But Not Enough Had a previous service schedule for maintenance minder and cilajet on a Monday, but I was asked to come back on another day causing me to work around Had a previous service schedule for maintenance minder and cilajet on a Monday, but I was asked to come back on another day causing me to work around with my other Friday appointments. Efren was helpful on the rescheduling. I came back on Friday and Louis helped me out for my scheduled service. I got a shuttle service drop off, but when my car is ready no shuttle was available and I was provided by ridesharing service to pick me up. Lyft was sent to the wrong address and I ended up walking 6-7 blocks with a heavy backpack. I don’t think Louis took the time to listen to me and my instructions or even read the shuttle service request log. When I got there to look for him, he was not there. This is the second time this happened. More

Oil change I was scheduled for 1pm. My car was taken in very close to on time and I was on my way within an hour. Christian was pleasant and reviewed the resul I was scheduled for 1pm. Good service Went for oil change. Appointment time 12noon I asked the guy who help me how long it will take and he said around 1 1/2 hour. I waited in their custom Went for oil change. Repairs done without my consent The work order stated that they would "check and advise" on four different things. Never got a phone call or message. After waiting for 4 hours I got a call that the work had been done, mind you, without my consent. I'm definitely not going back. Oh, and while waiting, a lady who had dropped off her car for the 60,000 mile service, changed her mind and left after speaking with her (I assume) husband on the phone and realized they upsold a bunch of stuff. Stay away. More
