We used them more for convenience at first, but we fe We have been taking our Honda Civic to Diamond (New Century), since we bought it there in 2008. We used them more for convenience at first, but we felt well taken care of, and we've had very few problems with our car, so we keep coming back. We noticed it has changed hands (again), we wanted to say the service hasn't seemed to have changed. This last recommended service was typical of our experience. Louis Weatherspoon, took good care of us this time--quick, pleasant and professional, and he keep us up to date with any changes and what the cost would be. Very reassuring professionalism, and we've found that to be true no matter who has helped us. It was also nice to meet the new service manager, Mike Sanders. He'd be great in sales as well. We will return as long as we get good service, and our car continues to run well. More

Misrepresentation of Warranty I bought a used civic from this dealer ship in 2014. It was an okay enough experience, they try to up sell you on everything, that's expected. A few m I bought a used civic from this dealer ship in 2014. It was an okay enough experience, they try to up sell you on everything, that's expected. A few months later when I was up for my first service appointment I called in and asked if it was covered in my warranty. I was told by the service person "sure". When I came to pick up my car I was billed. When I tried to get an explanation they told me the woman who spoke to me was out and they weren't sure when she'd be back. I didn't have time to wait around but I checked and found it was not covered anyways. Wish they would have just told me that upfront. I would highly recommend people take their service business to Honcura which is also in Glendale. I actually just got my 30k mile check up at Honcura who told me my battery was unusually low and that it might still be covered by my warranty since I bought it under 3 years ago and was under 36k miles. So I called in and asked about it, when the service person at Diamond looked up my vin # they told me I bought the car in 2013 and that it was out of service. I said no I'm sure I bought it in 2014, maybe the original owner bought it in 2013 but not me. And she said nope, bought in 2013. I later looked it up and you actually get an additional year and 12k miles after buying used so I should have been good. I decided it was not worth the effort to go to this terrible dealership ever again. Long story short, if you ever decide to buy a Honda, they are great cars. Just don't expect anything great from Diamond and take your service business to the awesome shop called Honcura. More

Kristina had me in and out of the dealership in little to no time which is always great. She came to me with a recommendation which I am considering and will come back when the time is just right. Battery My battery died in a 6 month new car. After AAA helped me told me your battery needs to be replaced so I took the car right away to the service depart My battery died in a 6 month new car. After AAA helped me told me your battery needs to be replaced so I took the car right away to the service department and was the closing time but I was told I can leave the car and they will take care of it in the morning. Next day at 8:00AM got the call that the car is ready. That's excellent service Thank you all More
