This was my second attempt to do business with this dealer. The first time the finance guy, who is no longer there, tried to rip me off by charging me for the acquisition fee twice, once in the capital dealer. I should have learned my lesson, but when my lease was over and I had a chance to buy my car off lease for $11,800 I was quoted over $15,000 by this dealer. I went to a different VW dealer that night and wound up saving over $7,500. DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALER!!! More

The managers/ people running this dealership out of their mind and preying on clueless customers when it comes to car buying. Marking up a car $10k to satisfy the greed is never right. Rip of at its finest..they offered me for my trade first $43k and five minutes later raised the offer to $50k and was told they want to earn my business. I told the nice sales person kool think we got a deal until he gave me the lease per month price of $1400 at 36 mos= $50,400 plus $5,500 out of pocket adds up to $55,900 for a car worth 47,000 minus $7,500 federal minus $1,500 state = 38000 after the lease is over car residual around $25,000....so slick dealership thought because they are incompetent and rip offs thought would be alright to sell $38000 for $76,400. People is just a Volkswagon not Porsche. More

Would honestly give them 0 stars if that was possible. To make a long story they do not conduct their business with integrity. A warning to all those shopping for a new electric car….whatever you do, do not test drive a Volkswagen. Horrific experience yesterday. Made appointment yet had to pay for mall parking. Then required to fill out a questionnaire on a computer even though they had info to make the appointment. Even the person not driving the car. They required email, address, age, gender, how many children in household and their ages….and that’s just to start. Was told we would have to fill out another survey after the drive and then we could opt out of future emails. Car was nothing special with average battery and way overpriced. Was told that they needed info due to Covid. Yet we drove a Tesla at the beginning of the Pandemic and they only required our drivers license. And we drove a KIA last week and they required our license and our Starbucks preference so it could be ready for us on our drive. The KIA models had nice design and details as did the Tesla , of course. Final indignity was 2 emails from Volkswagen already this morning in which we both had to opt out again but it stated this would not prevent any individual dealership from contacting us. Be forewarned. More

Worst encounter I have ever had a car dealer ship. They lied to me about having a car in stock to get me to drive 40 mi to get here. Bob accused me of being responsible for their misunderstand then after I told him that wasn’t appreciated and was leaving yelled “”Jesus” as loud as he could across the sales floor. I have previously bought a car at this dealership thru broker Century Auto was somewhat pleased how fast everything was processed but recently I brought my daughter again to buy her car we were offered a broker Century Auto was somewhat pleased how fast everything was processed but recently I brought my daughter again to buy her car we were offered a VW Tiguan that they claimed it was only for test drive so it didn’t have a lot of miles on it but we didn’t even have the car for a month .. and it’s started shaking and making a doing like it was about to break down we contacted the sales guy and he called the dealer to have it checked the sos modem was malfunctioning as well and every single time they want to keep the car for days and they would say car is fine, we took it back and took pics of problems displayed on dashboard and it said it needed oil change, We left the car for two days for them to do the work needed we got the car back with stains on back seat, dirt in the trunk just like if they use it for something else and someone’s shirt left in the trunk. I don’t understand why they are selling a car that hasn’t even been inspected or serviced before selling it to customers!! It’s been three weeks and haven’t even received a response from the several messages left for the service department manager as well as the manager at the dealership. After so many messages still haven’t received a call. I’m so disappointed at the service and the way they manage their screw ups!! Don’t buy your car there!!! You will be disappointed and waste your time with this people!! More

extremely expensive and often incorrect repairs we bought our VW Turbo beetle brand-new in 2012. We somehow believed that only a VW dealer should work on the car when it needed servicing. Each time we had to commit to paying $150 to have the car looked at, and as an incentive to pay their inflated repair prices, the money would be credited back to the cost of the repair. Even simple repairs required us to leave the car. There for days and rent a car in the meantime. As I look back. Many of these repairs didn't fix the original problem that we brought the car in for and we had to bring it back, leave it and rent another car. Our service guy Pedro always had an excuse and apologies for the poor mechanical work done by his technicians. They are the epitome of inflated Dealer costs and undependable service. Do yourself a favor and find another dependable Volkswagen mechanic. More

We had our own credit union financing in place when we arrived at the dealership to purchase a Passat that was advertised for $11,933, when it came down to finalizing the purchase, we were told that if we didn't finance it through VCI, the price would $16,998(Kelly Blue Book). My credit union 4.99%, VCI 8.99% plus a bunch of hoop jumping. Forced GAP insurance etc. Great car and nice people, but if you are paying cash or have your own financing, don't expect to get the car for the advertised price, ours went up by $5,000. More
