WOW !!! Who would have thought we would buy 2 cars from this fantastic team of professionals. It certainly isn't "your father's experience with a pre-owned dealership". Anthony Otero, our sales person, spent a good deal of time with us explaining all the details on the cars. We were determined to find the right cars for us. Test drives, going over very particular options that we felt we had to have, checking out just about every car available, Anthony just patiently answered all the questions. And then to top it off they have a wonderful young man, Jared Epstein, who takes you through each and every button, switch, swipe, point and enter on your car. Nick Belli was there at every turn asking if there was anything he could do for us. Ricky Garcia was very buttoned up on the tail end of the transaction, very efficiently handling all the financing details, and giving us the opportunity to consider all the additional service/warranty options. The front desk of the dealership is your first experience with excellence in this company when you meet Kasey Kellerman, who is there at every turn to make sure your visit is a pleasurable experience. That might not be much coming The best thing I can think of saying about New Country Lexus of Westport in three short words is: "They are PHENOMENAL!" That might not be much coming from most people, but I personally view the car leasing experience as a necessary evil. In other words, about as much fun as having a root canal. I've been leasing my vehicles for more than 20 years and I can honestly say that this leasing experience with New Country Lexus of Westport is not even in the same league as my previous ones with other dealerships I've dealt with--never mind in the same ballpark. The level of care, professionalism, expertise, attention to detail, knowledge and overall quality in everything that New Country Lexus of Westport does is so incredibly high, it's refreshing to watch. I had the pleasure of dealing personally with Mr. Blank. He is a kind, soft spoken, easy going sales person who appears genuinely invested in every sales and committed to making sure that his client's wishes are fully met--in one hour he completely redeemed everything bad I'd come to expect and dislike about the car leasing experience. The process of signing the paperwork with Mr. Mario Cortella and picking up the car also went really smoothly and was handled in the most professional and expertly painless manner. I sincerely would recommend New Country Lexus of Westport and this team of professionals to friends and family without hesitation. The customer service and the product they provide are truly first class. I'm so happy to have visited New Country Lexus of Westport, and even more thrilled to be driving my beautiful IS250.
