He was super professional and we came away feeling like we got the right car, the most value, and the best price. We were coming out of our second Mercedes lease and Mercedes was pushing hard for us to come back for a third . . . Joe made the difference in our mind. We visited the location a couple of times . . . one day, Joe was out, and John Blank helped us even though we were Joe's customer. No competitiveness at all, so we liked the team mentality. Mario Cortella handled the financial side for us and did a great job getting all the approvals we needed. Thanks for a great experience overall!! More

Michael Murdorf was also vey courteous and patient with me. He explained the technology of the car so that I could understand. (my generation is technology challenged) My garage opener is not programed and he has offered to come to my house to program it this week. I never saw such service. Your company certainly know how to treat a customer right. I am very happy to make the change from Mercedes to Lexus. You are first class and your staff is excellent. Anthoney Ferreri was also vey knowlegable about the financing and got me a very good deal. I am pleased with the experience. More

Chad and Anthony F. made this the best and easiest car sales experience ever. I called in on a Monday, Chad dropped the car off at my house on long Island on Tuesday. Very Impressive!!! He also offered me a better deal than ANY Lexus dealer within a 100 mile radius of my house. Prompt, Courteous, Professional, Personal Service and the best deal EVER!! Great people to work with I am a difficult customer because I sold cars for a short period of time and learned some of the ropes. I had intended to buy a car when I returned to I am a difficult customer because I sold cars for a short period of time and learned some of the ropes. I had intended to buy a car when I returned to my home in Las Vegas but the willingness of Rish Pahlad and Alfred Liosi to do whatever it took, changed my mind. This dealership was unique in that they were genuinely trying to please me, not just make a sale. Even after negotiating a price I got home and noticed 2 accessories I wanted but had overlooked. I called the dealership and these were added with NO hassle and no additional charge. If you go, ask for Rish Pahlad (Alfred works with him) ... you will know you are working with a very unique dealership that removes the usual "hassle" of buying a car. More
