I was quoted a price on a demo vehicle at another Lexus Dealership, which New Country of Lexus matched on an identical, new vehicle. That made my decision easier than if they had quoted me a higher price Dealership, which New Country of Lexus matched on an identical, new vehicle. That made my decision easier than if they had quoted me a higher price than the demo, but what sealed the deal for me was David Matys' ability to quickly and accurately answer all my questions, his geniune personality, his knowledge of the product and his familiarity with the car-buying process. When I walked in Michael Morano promptly and politely greeted me...he took me for a test drive..and the car drove and looked beautiful... But the best part of the experience at Lexus of Westport, was how from the start of the visit, ALL the Employees there,made you feel like you were an Important Guest in their own home...and they have Great Coffee!!! Mike Morano was very personable and honorable guy, who is modern and knowledgable, and has kept his word every time in taking care of any situation that came up, to make me happy with my Trade In and New purchase!!! I went kin to the dealership and said I wanted to trade in my Subaru. Rish was my salesperson.he was polite and listened to what I wanted and acted accordingly. Mario was very knowledgeable about the model I was interested in and answered all my questions regarding new features, improvements, optional equipment and servicing.
