He just presented the facts, and allowed me to make the decision with no pressure. I entered Lexus still unsure on whether to go with Lexus or Audi, but leaning more towards Lexus because of the dependability they offer. John was patient in explaining why Lexus was great, and after a couple of test-drives, I knew Lexus was the way to go. John was awesome, but so was the rest of the team. Beny Arias eventually sold me on an extra perk where they change oil and do all the checks and updates for the first 50K miles. They said all I'd have to do is call, and they'd come pick my car up, give me a loaner, then bring my car back to as clean as the first day I bought it. I have a separate review for that (basically, the transaction didn't go as smoothly as Beny sold it, but it worked, and now I know who to look for/deal with at the service department). Everyone at the dealership was happy and accommodating. All of them wear masks, if that matters to you. They also presented me with a deal no other dealership could match or even come close to (I went from Greenwich to Bridgeport just to have something to compare). More

We finalized the purchase & returned the next day & the car was ready & Dondre took the time & explained how everything in the vehicle worked! I have recommended Lexus of Westport to others as well and said to request Dondre - he even put the big red bow on my car & made the experience great! Went in picked out a vehicle spoke to sales rep Steve Shapiro gave me a signed document with two things he would do. Gave him a deposit. very next day he said he would not be able to do what he promised Shapiro gave me a signed document with two things he would do. His manager Matt told him there were other people interested in the car. I offered to accept the deal without his promises he still reneged. Refunded my deposit without me knowing canceled my deal within an hour they sold the car to someone else. Bad business will not recommend them will not go there or any of their dealers. More
