Visited Lexus of Westport primarily due to the extremely successful and longstanding relationship that our company has enjoyed with Jeff Carrington of Toyota of Westport. I was ready for a change/upgrade and as usual Jeff did not disappoint me! He introduced me personally to JR who facilitated our tranaction - very knowledgable and personable. Audri showed me the RX350, took me on the test drive, all the while explaining the terrific features of the car. She even went so far as to open the hood - and while I must confess to having no initial interest whatsoever in the engine etc, her energy, enthusiasm, and knowledge drew me right in. (I have since 'popped the hood' to show folks my car - who would've thought?) JR and Joe helped bring the deal to where I had a comfort level - all the while making me feel like I was part of the Lexus of Westport family. The day of pickup went effortlessly and quickly - and the car is more than I imagined. The car was and is just beautiful, and my Lexus of Westport experience was just icing on the cake. When my husband and I arrived at the dealership, John was waiting at the front door, asked us if he could help, I stated I interested in the Lexus RX 350, John asked me what colors I was looking for, I stated Silver exterior with Tan interior. They had the Silver Lexus however with a Black interior. I really was not interested in the black interior; I mention this to John and went home. Well the ever next day John called me stating they have just received the Satin Cashmere Metallic with Parchment Leather, and will hold the car for me. When I went to the dealership the next day and saw my Lexus OMG I gave John a hug, I love this car so happy John was able to help me so satisfied.
