I had the privilege to have Kwesi Osafo to be my Sales Representative when I visited the dealership to transact business. A true professional he was. He was extremely patient. I was rather impressed with the quality time he spent ensuring that I understood the nature of what I was requesting. Kwesi understood the mechanism of my expectations and he delivered. My situation was a very delicate one and this gentleman went over and beyond to assist me with my dilemma . He made sure I got value for my money. I gave him a very difficult time during the process. He had a sticktoitiveness about him that made me confident we could get what I was asking for done. In the end, he made it happened for me and I walked away a very happy customer and was rather pleased with my Used Rx 350 SUV, and with the quality service I received. The Mangaer was also very accommodating. If anyone should ask me if I’d recommend New Country Side Lexus of Westport in Fairfield Connecticut, the answer would be a resounding yes. I was very disappointed by the service at this dealership. It took them five weeks to process my purchase because they continuously made mistakes with paperwork, did not respond to my emails and p dealership. It took them five weeks to process my purchase because they continuously made mistakes with paperwork, did not respond to my emails and phone calls, even made me wait three hours past an appointment time. I am not typically the kind of person who leaves a review but the customer service here was awful. While the salesman was always pleasant, his associates were not and I was even scolded for making a down-payment. After a few weeks I contacted a manager to explain the situation in hopes of expediting the process and he never responded to any phone calls I made and when I sent an email it was disregarded as well. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Maybe if I wasn't purchasing a used car through them and buying a new vehicle they would be better, but there are no excuses for the poor quality of service here. That being said, they never wavered on the price of the car and the vehicle was in excellent condition when I came to pick it up. I just wish the rest of the process had been as good. More
This is regarding the used car shop. I emailed three times through the website and never got a response. I called on the third day and was told I’d get a call back.
