It was the worst dealership I ever visited. I recently purchased a Lexus RX 350 from New Country Lexus of Westport, and my experience was just excellent. He listened to what I wanted, discussed various options, cars, He was very courteous, knowledgeable, and (most important) patient. The entire staff was exceptional. From the selection process, financing process (Beny) and delivery of the car, it all added up to a wonderful experience. They spent the time explaining the options, the perks of being a Lexus owner there and explaining the technology in the car. They also gave me a few days and then followed up to see if I had more questions. It was a great shopping experience and I love my car. More
I am very disappointed with the complete lack of communication and follow-through from the Lexus parts center at New Country Lexus of Westport, CT. I have had multiple frustrating experiences dealin communication and follow-through from the Lexus parts center at New Country Lexus of Westport, CT. I have had multiple frustrating experiences dealing with this parts center, and their poor customer service is unacceptable. The first issue I encountered was when I went to the parts center for a windshield replacement. After I had made the appointment, the staff member, Chris, told me they actually don't do a good job with windshield replacements and recommended I go through my insurance instead. This would have been helpful information to have upfront before I made the 25 mile drive to the dealership. The second problem arose when I asked Chris about getting a left rear sensor repaired. He said he would order the necessary parts and let me know, but he never followed through. I had to call the parts center three times over the past three weeks to check on the status, and still have not received any update from them. This parts center has provided the worst Lexus service I have ever experienced. The lack of clear communication, failure to follow up on orders, and general disregard for customer needs is unacceptable. I should not have to chase down the staff multiple times just to get a basic update on a parts order. At this point, I will be taking my business elsewhere. The Lexus parts center at New Country Lexus of Westport has demonstrated a complete inability to provide competent and professional customer service. I strongly advise anyone in need of Lexus parts or service to avoid this dealership at all costs. More

I wanted to make sure what my out the door price to move forward. The dealer has a reputation for add on, such as to fill the tires with Nitrogen and a $1000 interior glass coat. This was at 9:15 am . He asked where the car was going to be register at to figure my OTD price. In the meantime I contacted a Germain Service center down the road to inspect the car since buying sight unseen. By 11:39 I have't heard back about the price and sending a deposit. I text back since I haven't heard back and stated I had an appointment to have the car inspected. Got a text, the vehicle was sold. Texted back and never heard a response. It is a shame because I was ready to inquire about another car to purchase as well for another family member. Needless to say, lack of customer service..... More
I live in SC but found the car I’d been looking for at New Country. Hector did a fantastic job making me feel comfortable throughout despite the distance.
