Excellent I went to New Country Lexus of Westport after having a very bad experience at Jaguar of Darien. I was greeted immediately by the ladies at the desk an I went to New Country Lexus of Westport after having a very bad experience at Jaguar of Darien. I was greeted immediately by the ladies at the desk and approached by Dave Matys whi would become my salesman. He was knowledgeable, professional and understanding of what I had just experienced only days prior at Jaguar. He took his time explaining all the features of the IS 300 F sport that I was interested in. Dave was honest and willing to work with me on the best possible options for me while keeping my budget in mind. He was able to work in the extended warranty that I requested all while staying within my desired monthly payments. The professionalism continued when I met with Mario in the finance dept. He didn’t rush through the process instead he explained everything he asked me to sign and answered all my questions. The next stop at New Country was a 1 to 1 session with Allen (IT) to review all the dash features in detail. Lastly, I was told that there was one more person that needed to meet with me before I could leave and that was the Sales Manager Anthony who personally thanked me and gave me his card in the event I ever had any issues. At this point, I was almost glad that Jaguar of Darien delivered the wrong car to me after signing because I had the ability to experience customer service at its finest! The only downside to the entire experience was that I picked up my vehicle on a rainy day and I couldn’t open the sunroof! I highly recommend the team at New Country and I know where I will be purchasing my vehicles in the future! More
