Much of the convo was through text- proactive updates on the cars ETA, prompt responses to silly questions and thoughtful notes through the experience. 187 kings highways cutoff Fairfield, terrible experience. They run my credit, made me insurance a car, gave a down payment and not walk out with the car. I hate to do this ,but very poor service never responded to vm texts including manager would expect better service in Lexus dealership , strugle with any question after you buy car , even service depatrmen to vm texts including manager would expect better service in Lexus dealership , strugle with any question after you buy car , even service depatrment told me I need to bring car to Wesport in order to recive second key and wait one day which is not true at all . New Haven Lexus did in one hour with no issue .Please represent Brand Lexus better !! You are loosing customers :( More
