Fixed an unexpected problem due to a car accident Our Lexus sedan had gotten rear-ended on the Merritt Parkway, causing a 3-car collision. After the state trooper gave us the clear to continue on our Our Lexus sedan had gotten rear-ended on the Merritt Parkway, causing a 3-car collision. After the state trooper gave us the clear to continue on our way, we soon realized that our back bumper cover was coming off and we couldn't continue to drive that way because it was dangerous for us and others. We luckily looked up local repair shops and found this dealership. Without an appointment, Tom Liacos was so helpful to us. For no charge, he removed the bumper and kept it in the shop. He also helped us secure down the trunk better and gave us much-needed refreshments. And he examined the car for additional problems we might have on the road. With his help, we were able to continue driving to a wedding! More

His estimate and honesty throughout the entire process was not only professional but genuine. My car needed some extensive repairs and I was not sure of making the repairs or upgrading to a newer model. He reassured me that if I upgraded to a newer model that Lexus would reimburse me up to $1000 for that service visit.
