From the moment I walked into Lexus of Westport, I knew this was going to be different. Everyone in that dealership was so nice - Patrick was my sales associate and he was the best! Very informative and patient - made the whole experience a pleasure. When the car was delivered he even sat in it and went over everything and wouldn't let me leave until I was comfortable with it all. More

Yulissa not only provided excellent customer service, but was very knowledgeable about the car, she made sure my needs were met and that I walked out of the dealership with the car I had envisioned. Anthony was very nice and not pushy at all, which is a welcomed change. He made the whole experience very pleasant. He told me about all the different offers but ultimately let me decide on what I needed and I never once felt like he was using pressure tactics. Allen, the IT guru, was very patient showing me all the features the car had to offer and let me know I could call/email with any questions. Overall, this is a great dealership to do business with and speaks highly about its management philosophy.
