New car lease for my Mother-in-law I was turning in a leased 350 ES and looked to lease another vehicle. I spent several days calling various dealers including the dealership that I had leased the current vehicle I had. When I contacted New Country of Westport I had experienced the usual "nothing great" routine. I then met Patrick Lomnitzer. He was knowledgeable, and spent a quality conversation around the improvements in the new model. He knew his product inside and out. When we got to pricing there was no reason to haggle...he cut to the chase and offered me the terms I was looking for. And the day we bought/leased the car there were no surprises and no hidden costs. Mario took over and spent as much time as my mother-in-law required never getting impatient. He was tremendous!!! We then spent time with the service tech reviewing the features and getting phones added ect. His name escapes me but again the service level was delightful. We put a big red bow on the car...took pics with my 84 year old mom and away we went. A great day and a great dealership. More

He went above and beyond my expectations, him and Nick (Sales Manager) worked with me and presented all the options that made sense to me and my budget. Anthony in the finance department was superb, he took his time to explain all the details in the contract and answered all my questions; as well as my family's. Being a girl from Latin roots, my whole family would come to the negotiations to support me. I was again impressed by the detailed attention provided to me and my whole family. Didn't waste my time. Respected my limitations. Left in car! I came in a month before and stated I would not be leaving with a lease but got the full treatment/explanation as though I were a full closed high end I came in a month before and stated I would not be leaving with a lease but got the full treatment/explanation as though I were a full closed high end sale. Then Patrick followed up and I felt he kept me on his radar and earned my giving it a go on meeting my financial restrictions when I was ready to lease. He tried to get me every perk and rebate. We closed the deal and I had to leave for a party from which he picked me up personally as the showroom was closing so I could come get the freshly cleaned and prepared car. It took two and a half hours after closing to arrange insurance (insurer's errors) and the last details of financial paperwork. No one grimaced at the late hour or inconvenience on a Friday night. That was impressive and made me feel valued knowing they had long commutes home in traffic because of me. I am very impressed with the personal attention even though my car was not top of the line and it was my first contract with New Country. I'd return next time in a heartbeat. More
