I had the pleasure of having Jessica Boiano as my sales rep. Not only was she a pleasure to work with but she was the most knowledgeable sales car representative I have ever encountered. She was able to answer and explain every last detail regarding the lease along with how all the bells and whistles of the RX 350 work. I had been to several car dealerships prior to purchasing my lease and New Country Lexus of Westport was by far the most pleasurable experience. They made leasing a new car hassle free. More

Trade in of 2010 ES for 2015 GS I loved my red ES 350 but after last winter, decided I had to have AWD. I had visited others dealers and their first offer was significantly higher and you had to haggle to get to the price you wanted. I enjoyed their honesty throughout the process and given my research, they gave me an excellent deal. They treated me very professionally as well. Given I had gone to other dealerships for the same vehicle and one had given me the same price, something about this dealership felt right and I am glad I did business with them. I drove over an hour for them and it was definitely worth it! They have gotten themselves a lifetime customer and I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a new lexus. More

Kasey Kellerman was very pleasant & knowledgeable Kasey offered to let us drive as many different models as we wanted. We have owned a 450 RX & tried that again but also tried the 300 NX hybrid. We went with the slightly smaller NX for gas mileage & better price. Mario the sales manager explained the full - pay lease arrangement & environmental protection upgrade which made good sense. Happy to get the $1K incentive plus $17K credit go my 2010 450RX. Showroom was very attractive,providing a pleasant overall experience. More
