Everything went smooth! I traded two cars in one week. My experience with Jessica Boiano, by far surpasses any car sales person I have ever dealt with. Even at her young age, she is extremely professional, diligent, knows what she is talking about, never pushes you for things you don't care or need. Her smile and calm attitude wins you in a second. She doesn't sells you a car, you feel she is GIVING it to you because you deserve it. If all car dealerships had more people like Jessica, I'm sure there would be more sales. If I was the owner of the dealership, I would put Jessica in charge of motivating and smoothing the rough edges of the typical car sales man. Bravo Jessica, you are a true professional. It was a pleasure! Ronni and Jeff in the service department beyond believe. Problem solved in 1,2,3! More

The VIP of lexus dealers in the tri state!!!! OMG Where do I start from the moment I, stepped foot into the showroom I, was greeted by the lovely receptionist told her my name and what type of car OMG Where do I start from the moment I, stepped foot into the showroom I, was greeted by the lovely receptionist told her my name and what type of car I was in the market for and then that's when I was greeted by the lovely Jessica boiano which was a absolute sweetheart!!! Let me tell you this is the hardest working young lady I have ever seen she was like a bumble bee in stiletto's lol but seriously very nice young lady very knowledgable of the product and was very patient and polite she should get salesperson of the year award!!! And not to mention I was very impressed when I sat down with the GM Michael J. Buchbinder let me tell xxxx of a guy!!! He sat down we chatted and after a little negotiation he gave me an outstanding deal on a brand new 2015 GS seriously I don't know how they stay in business lol but Michael really impressed me he came in and totally turned this place around OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Across the board like I said vip service in every detail and let me not forget Anthony ferreri the finance guru!!! Let me tell ant went above and beyond and got me the best possible deal that I couldn't believe outstanding work Anthony thank you!!! I think his former job was a hostage negotiator lol no but seriously he got me a really great deal thank you I hope I'm not leaving anyone out oh the tech special guy Michael Mordoff it is absolutely unbelievable the knowledge that this young man has of these vehicles!!! Let me tell you definitely request him if you purchase a car here!!! This young man explained every option, feature, and detail of this car from A to Z!!! I mean you would actually think he built it himself! But again very nice very patient he even got a big bow for me to put on top of the car for my wife and took pictures and helped me set up the new lexus inform app which is a awesome feature I, definitely recommend it!!! But very very nice young man!!! I just want to say thank you again to the entire lexus staff for my overwhelming and outstanding great experience at new country lexus and to say that you definitely have a customer for life thank you More

Jared Epstein is an amazing person to work with! We actually just stopped into this dealership to see what the 2015 Lexus models were like. They take pride in the product they deliver from start to finish. We recently leased a Lexus RX 350 and Joe Jacobs worked tirelessly to get us the deal we were looking for. He made it clear that our satisfaction was his #1 priority. Rish Pahlad made the closing paperwork a seamless process and Patrick Lomnitzer was a big help in getting us set up with the features in our car. They have a tech bar, similar to Apple's Genius Bar, which was a lot of fun and your car is waiting for you in an indoor showcase with a bow on top. Follow up post purchase has been exemplary. Customer service is top notch. At this dealership, they're not just selling cars, they're selling an experience! More

I've truly never written to share my experience from purchasing a car. But if there was ever a time to start...this is definitely the time. It began with Jarred. By FAR, he's the most professional, sincerest, warmest & most knowledgeable salesperson I have ever dealt with. A suggestion...don't lose him!! I guess it was luck, that when I called Lexus of Westport from a car I noticed on line, it was Jarred who took the call. From that moment until I drove off with the car, last Friday...it was a total pleasure dealing with your company. Jarred, Mike & your Finance mgr. Rick, gave bending over backwards to accommodate a customer a new meaning. Mike was really wonderful to work with as well. He honestly made me feel like he was in my corner, while always having your company's best interest at heart. Rick, was the warmest & most accommodating finance mgr. I have ever worked with. And back to Jarred. He made me feel so very comfortable. And his knowledge of your vehicles made me feel as though he built the car himself. He really is the BEST!!!
