New Country Lexus of Westport, and Joe Jacob in particular, made our recent Car buying and leasing is not something that most people look forward to. New Country Lexus of Westport, and Joe Jacob in particular, made our recent lease of an RX350 a very positive experience. He did not waste time and posture. He came in with a reasonable price that he knew was consistent with our expectations. He wasn't a hard-selling, slick car saleman. He was a professional who got to the point, knew his product and closed the deal. We were considering moving to a Santa Fe after four RX350's. Joe made the choice simple and sent us home happy. The entire experience, from our initial meeting to our delivery two days later was very enjoyable and that's not something you can say about most car purchases. I would recommend Joe and New Country without hesitation. More

The Audi dealership made my decision particularly easy based on the service in the Audi showroom on Commerce Drive...I did not want to be invisible when I had a technology question or a service issue...enough said... From start to finish, every person along the road to my new Lexus purchase at New Country took the time and made the effort to insure that my Lexus experience was excellent. Another family member had purchased a Lexus and when Nick (management guy) saw me in the showroom within weeks after that purchase, he looked concerned and asked if everything was ok, etc. A smile came across his face when I told him that I was there to consider getting a Lexus! After my decision was made, Anthony (finance guy) walked me through the paperwork... Allen the technology wizard set up my phone in the car, put in any radio stations I wanted, set the seat, reviewed all of the bells and whistles on my new car. Interestingly, he was just as able to explain to me (a member of the baby boomer generation) as he was to the other family member who is a millennial. Same enthusiasm and willingness to make sure that I understood everything. It was pretty funny when I was there with the millennial in my family, Allen was in the car saying you have to see this and that as the dealership was closing...everyone else had actually left building but Allen the tech wizard was going over every detail with the tech savvy millennial!! My Lexus GS sedan is so comfortable and the screen for navigation (and set for weather courtesy of Allen) is enormous (so nice for baby boomer eyes). I recommend the New Country Lexus team (and my car) without any hesitation! More

I spoke to Tom Savone the day before we came in and explained our situation including our tight schedule. Not only was he able to answer all our questions and have the exact cars available for our viewing when promised, but he was also able to present an attractive deal including a fair trade-in price for our old car. We completed a deposit that same day and the car was in our possession not long after. This is an excellent dealer with great customer service. More
