A few minor problems but it came out OK in the end I helped a friend buy a RX and it was a great process of buying. After he received the vehicle it had a minor problem with the chip in the window and I helped a friend buy a RX and it was a great process of buying. My favorable experience at Lexus Westport The last four vehicles that we leased were Mercedes ML 350's. A friend of mine told me all about his positive experience at Westport Lexus, how great The last four vehicles that we leased were Mercedes ML 350's. A friend of mine told me all about his positive experience at Westport Lexus, how great his Lexus RX handled and the many amazing features it had. After test driving my friends car, I was immediately hooked. He gave me his sales representative's name, Joe Jacob. After speaking with Joe on several occasions, both on the internet and phone, I realized that I wanted that car. Joe was very informative and he did not pressure me, like all my previous MB sales staff, he was willing to work with me and my wife in answering all of our questions and providing us with the best deal possible. This past monday, we picked up our RX and I am so glad we did. It's a much better handling vehicle than the MB and best of all, the experience we had at Westport Lexus when we picked up our car was so enjoyable and not in any way pressured as all my previous dealings with car salesman and dealers. We feel Joe made this whole experience very memorable and stress free. Joe showed us our car and we immediately fell in love with it. He then introduced us to Jessica Boiano She is a lovely young lady with the patient of a Saint. She was so knowledgeable with all the many gadgets in the car and took her time in helping us understand what would probably been a nightmare if we were to try to do ourselves. She set up our car, the GPS, bluetooth, radio and every other gadget. Great concept Lexus Westport! We never had this done in any of our previous purchases. The final step was seeing, Mario Cortella. He was very informative and walked us through our check out process. He was very professional and made the check out smooth. We will definitely go back to Westport Lexus! This is how you should be treated when you buy/lease a car and I hope Joe, Jessica and Mario are there to help us. More
