Me and my wife needed a new 3rd row SUV and after some research, we settled on a 2025 Toyota Grand Highlander. We live near this dealership so we decided to purchase from them. We worked with the salesman Justin, who was knowledgable about the Grand Highlander and Toyota cars in general as well as relatable and down to earth. There was also little to no pressure throughout the entire process, making us feel like we were comfortable with our purchase. Chris, another one of the managers, helped us close our deal out. He was friendly and patient the entire time and explained all of the options available to us. If there was something we didn't want to do or add on, there wasn't any pushback and we weren't made to feel uncomfortable.
