They were quiet helpful, professional, and provided guidance throughout the process. In particular, Carl Wheels was instrumental in making the lease arrangement a reality. He carefully recommended a vehicle that suited both my budget and anticipated usage needs. He was always available by phone or text whenever I had questions or needed clarification, and he responded promptly and patiently every time. Most importantly, I found Carl to be trustworthy and committed to helping me make the best choice. I truly appreciate his sincere guidance and support throughout the entire leasing process. Paul Burrello came to my rescue, ducking out in the rain, and resetting the traction control and several other settings. I didn't buy my car at this dealership and I'm not in the market for a new car right now but when I am I will head directly to Paul Burrello. He was genuinely nice and he really helped me out. More

Me and my wife needed a new 3rd row SUV and after some research, we settled on a 2025 Toyota Grand Highlander. We live near this dealership so we decided to purchase from them. We worked with the salesman Justin, who was knowledgable about the Grand Highlander and Toyota cars in general as well as relatable and down to earth. There was also little to no pressure throughout the entire process, making us feel like we were comfortable with our purchase. Chris, another one of the managers, helped us close our deal out. He was friendly and patient the entire time and explained all of the options available to us. If there was something we didn't want to do or add on, there wasn't any pushback and we weren't made to feel uncomfortable. We will be buying our next Toyota from New Country because of such a positive experience. Highly recommend! More
My appointment was at 2:45 and I was out the door by 3:30. Oil change, tire rotation and 10,000 mile check on my 2024 RAV4 hybrid was done while I waited and I was sent a text message with a video of my 3:30.
