Poor Service, Horrific Sales experiences I would recommend a strong degree of caution if you are considering working with this dealership (and specifically this dealership group). I had a go I would recommend a strong degree of caution if you are considering working with this dealership (and specifically this dealership group). I had a good pre-sales and sales experience with New Country Toyota Clifton Park after staying away from their sister dealership (New Country Toyota Saratoga/Wilton; their sales staff were too aggressive and unhelpful). After my trade-in, however, New Country Toyota Clifton Park failed to complete the proper paperwork for the transaction. It took me dozen of hours over several months to correct the issue. Only after I complained directly to Toyota was my issue resolved. I have been taking my vehicles to New Country Toyota Clifton Park for over 2 years and I thought I was being taken care of. Recently, however, I have had to switch dealerships as New Country Toyota Clifton Park has failed to properly diagnose issues. Also, I am having to repeat identical repairs performed in the last 12 months as New Country Toyota Clifton Park has not been performing proper repair or maintenance procedures. More
