Worst dealership I have ever experienced After visiting the dealership and expressing my desire to buy a vehicle, I never heard back from the salesman, or general manager. I called and left several messages for both individuals and neither called me back. While at the dealership, the salesman was unprofessional and after finally getting in touch with the GM after several attempts and days later, he stated he would check availability of the vehicle I wanted and call me back within a day. 6 days later, I haven't heard a word even after calling and leaving another message. This dealer doesn't care about the customer...I can't believe Toyota allows this dealer to stay in business. Horrible!! More

I purchased a 2008 Toyota Corolla for my wife from this dealership. We were looking to upgrade from a 1999 Corolla and I wanted to make sure the car had all of the safety features. I first found out there was a problem when the car slid on ice in a parking lot. The ABS did not kick in. I had specifically asked the sales person if the car had ABS in it. As it turns out, when I popped the hood to look for the ABS unit, I found there was none. As you can imagine I was quite angry at this discovery and call the dealership for an explanation. The associate I dealt with denied telling my wife and I that the car had ABS. I had several phone calls with people at various levels of the dealership and in the end, the most they would do to fix the situation was to buy back the car at a fraction of the price I paid for it and sell me another Corolla that had ABS. I found this completely unacceptable as the dealership would be profiting on the original car as well as the second. I wanted the I car I thought I was purchasing or I wanted my money back. The dealership did not come though on either of those and left me high and dry with a car that has no ABS in icy upstate NY. Do not buy from this dealership, they will tell you anything to get you to buy a car. Terrible service, do your self a favor and go somewhere else. More

My son's 2005 Camry was scheduled to be serviced Fri 8/5 but I called to see if they could take it Mon 7/25(he was on vacation)--as always--sure Lorraine--no problem so I needed a ride home after dropping but I called to see if they could take it Mon 7/25(he was on vacation)--as always--sure Lorraine--no problem so I needed a ride home after dropping off--instead--Dave Saunders offered to come & get it for me--so he did-- Jake & Jason took EXCELLENT care as always--back struts needed + 90,000mi check up --so great as they check ALL---never an issue--you can rest easy that all has been checked on car was ready Thurs for pick up--as Mike Rauccii had asked Jason to have the interior/exterior cleaned/washed for my son Steve---looks & feels like a brand new car-- needed someone to help me drive 2 cars home--Dave Saunders took care of--delivered the Camry to my door-- & the price--awesone--very fair --more than fair for all the work done to the car How can one NOT be satisfied with such GREAT care-- +++ they fit my son's girlfriend's car in Tues 8/2 for an inspection--come on in--NO problem AWESOME More
