I was hesitant to go here because of a not so great experience a few years ago, but it was the closest Toyota dealer around. Sean was a great help. Very open and honest, up front gentleman. After contacting Sean Glenn originally about the Prius we ended up purchasing, all steps from there on out were incredibly smooth. The process was quick, Sean was extremely friendly and helpful. After we finalized the purchase, he helped us set up all touch screen info on the dashboard, helped us navigate this new electric system we were unaccustomed too, and made sure all questions were answered. Even after a week following our purchase, when I spotted a small chip in the windshield, Sean was quick on his feet to get us in, get the chip fixed and make sure we were satisfied.
