Well every time I went the first thing out of their mouth was that they could give me a rental or they might could come a date if I had of bought my car there which that shouldn't matter and they never would was that they could give me a rental or they might could come a date if I had of bought my car there which that shouldn't matter and they never would call and tell me the status of what was going on with my car unless I called them and I felt like every time I walked in there because something was wrong I just felt uncomfortable. The fourth time I took it back for the same problem they opened up the old ticket and put it under that instead of creating a new ticket even though I have a ticket where I picked it up the third time which is not accurate information either and I do have the paperwork to prove it. And then when I got it home to check engine light come on then I was told well unfortunately when you work on something something else happens to them which could be true but that's not exactly something somebody wants to hear just very disappointed after keeping my vehicle for over 2 weeks that was the last time that they kept it not counting the times before it was a week week and a half a week it was just a lot after buying a car with only 11,000 mi on it More

What a nightmare. I was driving with my dog to Michigan from South Carolina to see family for Christmas when I had the misfortune of breaking down in Wythville, VA. I I was driving with my dog to Michigan from South Carolina to see family for Christmas when I had the misfortune of breaking down in Wythville, VA. I had my truck towed to New Direct as they had terrible reviews but there were very few repair options in the area. It took them over two months to repair my vehicle. I called them every week 3-4 times a week to check when it was finished and I received every excuse in the book. The weather, being short-staffed, ordered parts not being correct, etc. After paying $5000 in rental cars while they gave me the run-around and missing many days of work, finally, I was fed up and told them I am coming to get my truck. At that time they claimed it was ready for pick up. They had been told many times my situation. I drive 5 hours from SC to get my truck this week just to pay them over $1000 for diag time, labor, and coolant. I get in my truck and the power steering was bad. I couldn't turn the wheel and was going to die trying to drive it home. I went back in to be told "We didn't know you wanted that fixed, you told us not to". I told them to not fix the thermostat and unnecessary repairs they tried to nickel and dime me for. I then had to get a hotel room and miss yet another day of work, while they ordered the part to fix it. I paid them another $110 for a power steering fuse and labor... I drive home and now I have a MAJOR oil leak and the plastic guards on my front bumper are broken and hitting my tires, none of which were a problem before New Direct had my vehicle. This has been the most unprofessional and crooked business I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Even if you are desperate like I was... STAY AWAY!!! More

Service department started working on my vehicle promptly. Service manager, Tim, explained to me the test being performed to my vehicle would take approximately an hour and a half and further explai promptly. I was in a bind traveling from SC to Ohio when I developed an engine issue on IS 77. After getting to an automotive parts store for a diagnostic check, I was referred to your dealership.
