Showed up on time per appointment. No car. Said it was in service . Nothing else offered. This was a sales appointment and the $48000 car they would not show to me. Gm of this company No car. I wanted to be happy about this experience but it started sour. Went ok when they had the sale finished then the vehicle was delivered damaged. Which some of it we didn’t see till the next day because we had about 30 seconds to look it over before the driver wanted us signing papers because he wanted to drive back. Large scratches on the roof. Damage to the passenger front wheel. When you bring it up to the dealership they just want the estimate from a body shop. No other words. Just give us the estimate. The navigation screen is delaminating and we let them know this by email but they have ignored us there as well. The title team is horrible. We had to double pay taxes and fees because they didn’t file the right paper work with north Carolina and we also had to go to the DMV which should never happen. They are very unknowledgeable if buying out of state so I would stay away. Again I thought things were turning around at one point but now I’m out a ton of extra money. I have huge scratches on the roof that they won’t fix and god knows what other damage because there were way more miles On the vehicle than they told us when we bought it. I’m assuming it was a toy for them for a bit. More

The service manager, Matt, is over confident and condescending in his attitude towards customers, especially women. He refuses to admit or apologize when a mistake has been made. We have purchased numerous new vehicles from Direct Dodge in the past. Mr. and Mrs. Greever, Mr. James Jones, Marcus and Shawn in the sales department are great. However, it would be great to be able to purchase and maintain a vehicle at the same dealership. Because of the poor service we have received at this dealership we will now be driving an hour or more for service and will not be purchasing another vehicle here unless the service department has a lot of changes. We have had our Ram in numerous times for warranty issues. Each time we have been in with Matt as the service manager we have had to return to have the same issue worked on again because it wasn't fixed correctly the first time or when fixing one item they messed up another. Each time Matt will say he has personally gone over the issue and it looks great-only to look over ourselves and see that it isn't fixed at all. It is infuriating to say the least. More
