The way used car buying should be: Simple! Yesterday, we went to New England Auto World to see a used Honda CRV I found on AutoTrader.com. Anthony Torre, a Sales Associate, answered the phone w Yesterday, we went to New England Auto World to see a used Honda CRV I found on AutoTrader.com. Anthony Torre, a Sales Associate, answered the phone when we called for an appointment, so we asked for him when we arrived on Saturday afternoon. Anthony had the car we were interested in ready when we got there. After taking a test drive, we asked if we could see a few other vehicles for comparison and Anthony was very accommodating. NE Auto World has a wide selection of used vehicles. One of things we appreciated was that all of the vehicles were shown "as is"... without detailing or cosmetic changes, so the buyer knows exactly what condition the vehicle is in. Anthony explained that afterwards, NE Auto World's technicians would do a 19-point check, anything that was under state requirements for safety (i.e., tires) would be replaced, and before the vehicle leaves the lot, a very thorough detailing would be done. Throughout our experience, Anthony showed his automotive knowledge, but we never felt pressured into anything. Ultimately, we decided on the Honda CRV we came to see in the first place. Anthony breezed us through the paperwork and made the entire experience simple and seamless. I would highly recommend NE Auto World... and encourage you to ask for Anthony. He was awesome to work with! More

I purchased my 07' awd vehicle in April 16' and recently my tires in the front blew out and the tread is visible. I took it to a mechanic to get it fixed and was told not only was my tires as old as the truck but they had 3 different brand tires on them. How was this vehicle even able to be sold? Or pass emissions? They dont work with you which makes them suspect in my eye. My whole tire came off while i was driving to work, putting my life in danger. And all alfredo can say is "i only had 60 days, not a lifetime" what an xxx. Who said i thought i have a lifetime? So unprofessional. And he also told me all he cant' do for me, and none of what he could do. He buy the tires and i had to cover the bill. I wouldnt be going through any of this had my vehicle had the right tires on all 4 in the 1st place. How the xxxx can they make this a customer fault? Frauds! Im definitely contacting my finance company and emailing them everything from pictures and the letter giving upon inspection by real professionals. They so lucky i live 45 miles away. Horrible place, dont buy from this fast talking frauds. My credit already jacked ill drop this xxxx off to them in a heartbeat. Never should of did business with them from the beginning. More

Don't ever come to this dealership I had been in contact with three different dealers over a two week period. All of them told me there were 4 cars that WERE retail and in my price rage I had been in contact with three different dealers over a two week period. All of them told me there were 4 cars that WERE retail and in my price rage. I was so excited about it so even though it was far I drove 2 hours to the dealership and come to find out 90% of their cars are only wholesale, therefore you need a wholesale license to purchase them! So i was lied to by the dealers and wasted my time! The dealer I sat down with started trying to convince me to go 3k above my price range so I started getting up and told them thanks for your help (even though they had completely wasted my time and LIED to me) than the owner comes out of nowhere and chases me out the door and says "what do you need i'm the owner," I started trying to tell him but he interrupted me 100 times to try and convince me to finance a car with him since he has "bank connections" after I told him no he insulted me by saying "well than you should have been smarter and not driven all the way here" ....!!! I've bought 8 cars and never in my life have I ever been treated and deceived like this. Don't trust this dealership they were absolutely deceitful and unprofessional. Don't waste your time. More
