Jeff, we apologize! Unfortunately, this is out of our control. Per Toyota Motor Corp. the tentative back order release date for the part for your wife's RAV4 is now April 22nd. Please keep in mind this is the release date, not the date the part is expected to arrive at the dealership. I understand your frustration and please know that we are also very frustrated. She may take a loaner for a while Sheri. I need my Tacoma back so that I can take my company vehicle in for service. So, if I understand correctly, this is related to this specific part and not Toyota parts in general? She may not have explained that to me properly. If it was Toyota parts in general, then they (Toyota) would need to understand how that degrades customer confidence. No one is going to put uo with parts delivery measured in weeks. If it is that part specifically, it is just terribly annoying. Thanks! Jeff
