Our sales person, Paul, gave us outstanding help and information right from the beginning. He personally made sure that this was the SUV that we needed - based on daily use and the number of miles we plan to use each year. We had originally 'thought' we wanted the hybrid model (which would have been more expensive but also would give us options that we really wouldn't need due our age and travel. After assessing our needs, Paul pointed out that the LE would be a more practical vehicle for our use. He spent so much quality time with us that when we left, we felt that we in the right vehicle for us and that we also knew how to work all of the options that were available in the REV4.. He never tried to 'sell' us anything, he only wanted us to be in the right vehicle for us and for us to be happy for many years to come. This dealership also offers a session where you can learn about their service department - that is entirely up to the buyer and no pressure about attending if it doesn't suit you. Paul, we want to thank you for all you did for us and yes, we are very happy with our purchase! You truly do care about your customers! Resolved issue with replacement charger. I purchased a nearly new 6k miles 2017 Prius Prime at this dealership. The charger was missing and they said it was on order.
