Allen Yingling was professional, direct, not overbearing, and explained what we wished to know. When my husband Mike contacted several dealerships the following week in a attempt as he had planned, to get the best deal possible, Allen was instantaneous in responding to Mike's email and gave us an honest answer to the "out-the-door" price that we sought. New Motors' "bid" and one other were the same and the best, and Allen's professional forthright handling of the previous week's test drive cinched the decision for us. Mike commented after the buying process was concluded, "impeccable," regarding Allen's overall demeanor with us. We add at this time the very same regard for Brett Vollant who was a pleasure to converse with in the finance office, making what ordinarily could have been a mundane, even annoying aspect of buying, instead, a highly agreeable one. Lorraine is only 4'11" tall and it is difficult for her to be comfortable in a car. Mr. Baluch understood this and took all the time needed to fit the front seat for her comfort. He further explained the functions and features of the car in detail. Steve Dillon worked on our financing and since we were doing a high downpayment plus financing, he looked for the best way option for this type of sale. She listened carefully to what we wanted and did her best to find exactly that. She didn't try to talk us into something other than what we were looking for. We were up front about what we were looking for in a deal and found them easy to deal with. She had to search for the color car we wanted and had located it within a very few days. They were willing to make sure the car had all the features of the one we had test driven. Their responsiveness, friendliness, cooperation and overall great customer service are what keep us coming back. Oh - and we have had very good luck with our Subarus as far as durability and lack of service issues. More

Although this dealership is considerably further from my home (60 miles) than several others, overall they were much more effective at making us feel like "welcome family members" rather than "just another customer" as had the other dealerships we had visited. We drove away convinced that the 60 mile drive was not too far away for us to go to have all our service and maintenance done on this new vehicle. We feel sure that they will take care of us properly and make us feel welcome at all times.
