Bought my very first Subaru here last year, and I am so happy! It's a wonderful vehicle, and I'm really enjoying it! But along with that came such friendly, welcoming staff with some real knowledge and expertise. I never felt pressured or coerced by the sales associate like I have in the past. I recommend them to all who I know are searching for a car or SUV. And the fact that they have an actual dog park on the property is the icing on this very well-baked cake! Thank you to all at West Herr Subaru of Lockport.

If I could leave no stars I would. My mom retired at the start of the year and is now on a fixed income. She bought a 2018 Subaru Forester late 11/2024. The first week the battery was dead and other minor issues started cropping up. I regret that she did not inquire on voiding the sale at that point. Within 6 months the check engine light, A/T oil temp light etc. came on. She is being told she will need a new transmission for $6000-$7000. Her mechanic has been in touch with the dealership and Subaru discussing any assistance/recourse given the extreme and immediate issues she has had to no avail. Only 5500 miles has been driven since purchase. PLEASE DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE. If you do you might as well add 6-7K to your budget a buy a new or at least newer car from a respectable and accountable location. Or just make sure you won't have to actually drive the car you are buying.

Looking for a used car, I went to a lot of dealerships and dealt with a lot of salespeople. The service at Kerven Subaru really stood out against the rest. It was luck that they had the perfect car for me, but I walked away from a quite a few other cars that could have been perfect as well over service. Kerven Subaru got me the best deal and did all that they could to make the sale go as smoothly and as quickly as possible. The customer service was wonderful and i'll absolutely be sure to go back.
