The Financial Department was also very efficient and helpful. We were escorted by Sean and all went very quickly. Unfortunately, we left with only one (1) key and the second key had to be ordered. He also told me if any maintenance is required I can call on him to arrange it if I did not want to call the maintenance department directly.
