Fabulous Experience New Motors Volkswagen in Erie was a great location. The test drive included not only back roads, but highway travel as well. He was able to answer all our questions (even ones we hadn't thought of) about the vehicle, didn't pressure us at all and worked with us until we had a deal we were happy with. We've purchased many vehicles over the years and typically dread the whole process, but this experience was definitely easy and pleasant. Oh, and we love our Forester! More

Very impressed ! I was working in Ashtabula until 4:30 PM but Stephen Quinn promised me if I came the 35 miles west to this Pennsylvania BMW location, he could demonst I was working in Ashtabula until 4:30 PM but Stephen Quinn promised me if I came the 35 miles west to this Pennsylvania BMW location, he could demonstrate everything I could possible want about the BMW m550i AWD. When I arrived at 5:15 PM he had three cars lined up. One to demonstrate the ride, a 540i, one for the high end stereo, a 750i and finally a fully decked out 530i. Although he did have a m550i there, it was there for delivery that afternoon, but I could see it was fantastic. When it came to color choices for exterior, leather and trim, not only did he show it to me, he gave me the dealerships own samples. Wow ! He is now checking to see if it is possible, still to order this car for 2018 but, if not, he assures me that the 2019 cost will not be much more than for 2018. I await his information . The best attitude and assistance I have ever received at a dealership in my 66 years of life. More

Kevin and Financing wanted to ensure I could afford my payment but in a way that was practical and where my budget remains stable. Rather than run my credit just to let me down, they were there to guide me, suggest alternatives and couldn't have been more respectful, personable and professional. Genuine concern is hard to find. I conclude by mentioning that after a few test drives, qualifying and then deciding, it was only a few hours before I was driving home in my new car. I've never left a dealership with such ease and peace of mind. If you're looking for a reliable or newer vehicle and your credit has some hiccups, I highly recommend checking out New Motors Special Financing and Erie Auto Credit before using those random lender websites. Their goal supersedes approval. They patiently work to find a product that supersedes your criteria and it has never been a more comforting experience. They still treated me like I was a returning customer and took the time to explain the vehicle and give me a test drive. Steve followed up with me, but did not pressure me and let me know he was there to help and followed up with additional info I had asked for. As i narrowed down the field i wanted to take a longer test drive and Steve made that happen at my convenience. They wanted the sale, but wanted me to be comfortable with the decision. They know that a satisfied customer is a long term customer. The day i picked up the vehicle everything was ready and the experience was a breeze. More
