We were greeted by Sean Madigan. Our first impression was good and it lasted our total visit - from the beginning to the end. He was courteous and knowledgeable of the VW vehicles. The Financial Department was also very efficient and helpful. We were escorted by Sean and all went very quickly. Unfortunately, we left with only one (1) key and the second key had to be ordered. We are hoping to receive by the end of this week! Looking forward to many miles on our new Jetta TDI and a very good relationship with our new dealership "NEW MOTORS"! P.S. Phil listen to me explain what I was looking for and then showed me several vehicles only one of which was being considered by me initially. He kept me informed as the vehicle was located and it's arrival in Erie. He also told me if any maintenance is required I can call on him to arrange it if I did not want to call the maintenance department directly. I plan to let anyone who is looking for a car from New Motors that they should ask for Phil. I am educated and believe I can spot someone who just answers what they think I want to hear.
