I don't know where to even start this dealership is AMAZING!When I was looking to place my order on my X3M I contacted about 50 dealers and yes that's no joke.Many of the dealers I contacted were just AMAZING!When I was looking to place my order on my X3M I contacted about 50 dealers and yes that's no joke.Many of the dealers I contacted were just snotty and rude to me they all lacked communication skills.But then I thankfully found NEW MOTORS BMW in ERIE PA.I was first speaking with Keisha she is in internet sales.She was great to work with very helpful stayed in contact with me answered all my questions.I then began working with Steve Quinn in sales and he was awesome to work with.He helped place my order stayed in contact with me updated me on every little change.The car buying experience from them was 10/10 if I can rate them higher I would!I then came to pick up my vehicle i asked Steve specifically  to make sure they don't put on a front plate and or un wrap the car and he listened to everything I had to say he's a awesome man!He even sent me a video of the car coming off the truck for my memories I'm honestly blown away by this dealership.Many dealers should use them as a example how to run a dealership.This dealership is awesome I highly recommend them if you want a dealership that will stay in contact with you treat you with respect listen to what you want this is the PLACE!NEW MOTORS BMW THANK YOU IM BEYOND HAPPY WITH MY X3M!!And a huge thank you to Steve Quinn you made this moment very memorable to me:) More

Although the wait was long from the time I ordered my Outback in September to picking her up on 12/27, it was definitely worth it! My initial visit to New Motors was just to inquire about their life Outback in September to picking her up on 12/27, it was definitely worth it! My initial visit to New Motors was just to inquire about their lifetime powertrain warranty on a new vehicle but after speaking to my sales rep, Brendan, we began discussing trading in my Forester. So how does one go about buying a new vehicle when there are no cars on the lot to test drive? You put your faith in your salesman. Brendan was wonderful to work with; very informative, kind and patient. I went looking for another Forester but after Brendan told us about the features in the Outback, especially the difference in comfort level, I definitely had my sites set on the Outback. And here I always thought that the only difference in the two vehicles was their size! How wrong I was! After checking out reviews online and having a bajillion questions, I took them all to Brendan, who after answering them all, we began building my new car! Never once did Brendan suggest something I didn’t need. He was attentive to me and really helped me get into the vehicle that suited my wants and my needs, including choosing what “options” I did and did not want in my car. Brendan was very personable and patient explaining to me all things Outback! All the gadgets, options, how to’s, and the things my car could do for me to keep me and my passengers safe. Being able to build what I wanted in a car versus settling on picking from an already outfitted car on the lot certainly made a big, cost effective difference for me, and the ease of doing so was because of Brendan. The way we’re used to doing things has certainly changed, and buying a new car is a different experience, too; but if you’re out looking for a new car and want a great experience, go look up my guy, Brendan Eisinger, at New Motors. New Motors Subaru are the best! When I started shopping for my new Subaru, I called at least a dozen dealerships. I went to a few, test drove some vehicles, but the service and attitude were not what you w for my new Subaru, I called at least a dozen dealerships. I went to a few, test drove some vehicles, but the service and attitude were not what you would expect. My main concern was how much over MSRP most of these dealerships were asking. When I asked, why?I was told, “This is just the way we do it.” Not to me! After all, I’m shelling out $30+ grand of my hard earned money. I expect a little respect! When I called New Motors, I got great customer service immediately. From phone conversations, email, and in person conversations, my concerns and needs were addressed. Steve was always there to answer any question. He was very helpful, and made sure I had a smooth transaction. He actually went above and beyond, spending an afternoon with my daughter and I, so she could get the Subaru she wanted. More

Shopping for a car in 2021 is no easy task. Shopping for a car at New Motors with Ryan made it a task that could be conquered. It was nice knowing that they were doing the best they could to keep us informed while they waited along with us. Ryan Franklin is the reason we drove an hour and crossed state lines to New Motors instead of our local dealer. After our very first brief interaction we knew he was not a typical car salesman. He genuinely took interest in what our family’s needs are from a vehicle. He asked us questions and didn’t make us feel pressured at all. He honed was super informative and even presented us options of vehicles that were less money but could’ve been a better fit. Ryan made a point to follow up with us via emails and texts, we knew he genuinely wanted us to feel comfortably communicated (never once pressing). We walked away with a brand new Subaru Ascent Onyx edition and it’s even better than we dreamed! We were able to add all the features we wanted and Ryan came through to ensure we were happy! When the car came without our remote starter installed (due to factory shortages), Ryan made it happen before we took delivery! I’ve worked in retail over 20 yrs, and I’d love to have more people like Ryan on my team! We wish the best to Ryan in the future, and thank him for an outstanding job! More
