When mountains have been climbed! Let me start that I am on my 9 th Outback. We had to order our last outback as the eye sight was hard to get in 2015. We drove down to New Motors , you had almost the perfect outback but with the larger motor. Our girls live in Cherry Hill, NJ so we went an visited the Subaru headquarters. They helped us get our outback. It just wasn’t meant to be at that time for us to get our car at New Motors Subaru. So when Sue Mitchell was looking for a car for her son I suggested new Motors Subaru . You helped me with out being shoved. And no pressure that means a lot to me. Sue had been in a terrible head on accident about 2 months ago an is lucky to be alive. So car shopping was hard but her son needed to drive himself to college an you helped find him the right car.. thank you. Ps I won’t buy a car from West Herr ever again they are crooks! More

Everything was going smoothly until discussing prices when the dealer explained that there is a leaky seal that is causing oil to leak (sorry I'm not a mechanic) and the repairs would cost $1500. The dealer wanted me pay $500 of a $1500 repair needed before I even bought vehicle. Then as a 'bonus' offered to cover my lunch. Very insulting. Not feeling the love. More

In and out with a new car, stress free I leased my first car in 2017. Everything I wanted, a blue WRX. They did not have on on the lot, but brought one in for me within a couple of days. I leased my first car in 2017. Everything I wanted, a blue WRX. They did not have on on the lot, but brought one in for me within a couple of days. Only having the car for 14 months, I hit a deer and totalled my dream car. Because I was in a Subaru, I was safe. A little banged up from the airbags, but it would've been much worse in any other car. I simply texted Tony who sold me the wrx and told him what happened. He asked if I was ok and what color I wanted for my new one. I couldn't believe how simple and quick this process was. Again, they did not have what I wanted on the lot but brought it in the very next day. (I'm very specific on what I want). Tony got me in my dream car not once, but twice! I am now currently driving a white STI! Thanks again!!! More
