I live about 40 minutes away from Newark Toyota, but I take the ride there because it's worth it. The waiting room is warm and inviting and the café is always fully stocked and best of all the restrooms are clean. More

Very professional I made an appointment at 7 am and got there 15 min prior to the time. The shop opened at 7 o'clock sharp. Excellent When I arrived at the Toyota dealership I was met by, Dacia Letts, Assistant Service Manager. She is the most pleasantest person I have met in any bus When I arrived at the Toyota dealership I was met by, Dacia Letts, Assistant Service Manager. She is the most pleasantest person I have met in any business. I brought my vehicle for recall repairs. Dacia explained everything clearly and made an appointment for me. She said if I needed to change the appointment that I could call her. She handed me a card with her personal phone and email. I did not want to bother her over the weekend, so I got online to attempt to change the time. The online service was not successful. I had to call on Monday to change the time. When I came for the service on my vehicle, again I was greeted by Dacia. She treated me like a VIP. A multi-point inspection was done which uncovered several items that I will have my own dealer check out. More
