Long Wait Time for Oil change and Tire Rotation I had an 0830 appointment for Monday, 3 Oct 16. I arrived at 0810, and was greeted and checked in within a couple of minutes. This appointment was I had an 0830 appointment for Monday, 3 Oct 16. I arrived at 0810, and was greeted and checked in within a couple of minutes. This appointment was for an oil change and tire rotation. After about 2 hours and 15 minutes, I asked the service agent, what was the delay. He told me the technician had just brought up the paperwork, and had recommended two additional items to do to my car. I had already wasted most of the morning, so I told the service agent, I didn't have time. He apologized for the long wait, and gave me a $35.00 credit off my bill. I had about 15 more minutes before my car was ready. While I sat in the waiting room, many customers came and went who came in after me. (Not those who took a shuttle to work.) I think 2 hours and 30 minutes is way too long for an oil change and tire rotation. More

Overall Great Buying and Service Experience I bought my first care at Toyota World and also recently had it serviced to replace a flat tire. Overall everything was fantastic. I don't know anything about cars, but the salesman I had named Ken was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and was not pushy at all and made me very comfortable throughout the buying process. A few months later, I got a flat tire and brought it to the service center to get it changed. I didn't even have to speak to anyone to set my appointment, I was able to do it all online. When I got there, the service rep whos name I can't remember was extremely nice and helpful. The price was super cheap and the work was done within a half hour of me getting there. While I waited, I had access to their lounge that had nice furniture, a big TV and coffee. The next time I buy a car I will be going to Toyota World for sure and I will recommend anyone else I know looking for a car to do the same. More
