Excellent When I arrived at the Toyota dealership I was met by, Dacia Letts, Assistant Service Manager. She is the most pleasantest person I have met in any bus When I arrived at the Toyota dealership I was met by, Dacia Letts, Assistant Service Manager. She is the most pleasantest person I have met in any business. I brought my vehicle for recall repairs. Dacia explained everything clearly and made an appointment for me. She said if I needed to change the appointment that I could call her. She handed me a card with her personal phone and email. I did not want to bother her over the weekend, so I got online to attempt to change the time. The online service was not successful. I had to call on Monday to change the time. When I came for the service on my vehicle, again I was greeted by Dacia. She treated me like a VIP. A multi-point inspection was done which uncovered several items that I will have my own dealer check out. More
